Hi and welcome!

In this blog, we had documented the food we had taste, the history of the food, pictures, exact location of the food and etc. Continue reading to know more about what we blog. 

First of all, I would like to introduced myself and my group mate. From right to left, the one and only guy in our group who wear plaid shirt is Kuang Ren, you may call him Ray. Followed by the girl in red t-shirt is Chai Hong, you may call her Rainbow as her name in mandarin "chai hong" is synonymous to rainbow. While the girl in pink shirt is E Qian, and the girl with "America" wording on her shirt is Yong Wen. Lastly, i am Fung Yong who wear white colour Nike t-shirt.

Next, i would like to thanks my lecturer and tutor for giving us a chance to do this blog writing assignment. We were so excited when we know that the title of the assignment is famous "Local Food". Basically, all of us from University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Perak campus, which located in Kampar. So, this is a great chance for us to go out from Kampar and hunt for delicious and iconic local food in Ipoh. Although we need to write this blog for assignment purpose but we do enjoy the process of tasting the local food and interviewing the business owner and their customers. After some planning, we went for this food tasting trip on 29th January 2016. During this trip, we able to taste the famous Kaya Puff from Sin Eng Heong and Yong Tau Foo from Chung Kee which located in Ipoh, Perak.

 Lastly, thousand thanks to the business owner and the customer who spare us some time to interview them. We understand that the owner is very busy during business hour thus we very appreciate that they willing to entertain us. Besides, we also can improve our bonding with each other during this trip. In addition, we also took a short video to record the environment of the shop we visit. You may enjoy the video that i attach below.
